Jenn Kramer, LCSW

I have decades of experience working with healthcare professionals, educators, people with cancer and chronic complex illnesses, creatives and entrepreneurs, and families navigating "sandwich generation" complexities, sensory challenges, ADHD and child anxiety. I treat mood disorders, OCD, phobias, & anxiety, have meditation teacher training and am a parent of a young adult.

My style of therapy is relational, direct and kind. I tend to put people at ease quickly and provide a safe place to talk through and be with difficult things. For some that is navigating this uniquely challenging historical moment. For others it might be co-creating plans to treat a mental health issue, grief work, improving communication and coping skills, or figuring out how to manage the pull of competing demands. Therapy can also be a place to get clearer about who you are and who you want to be.

I currently offer telehealth sessions to Texas and Oregon residents. Professional interests include environmental and cultural influences on health and wellbeing including climate change and political turmoil. I welcome diversity in my practice including but not limited to body sizes, abilities, races, sexualities, genders, religions, and health statuses.

I hold a Master of Science degree in Social Work from UT Austin, where I also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Cultural Anthropology and was honored with membership in Phi Beta Kappa. I am licensed to practice clinical social work in both Texas and Oregon and enjoy time with my family, neighbors and friends, listening to and playing music, being in nature, searching for good Mexican food, & hanging out with my dog, Apple.
