Jenn Kramer, LCSW
My style of therapy is relational, warm, respectful, and oriented toward supporting change when it's needed. There's not one way to do therapy because it's tailored to your needs and goals. Therapy can be a safe place to talk through difficult things, a place to co-create plans to treat mental health issues, a place to develop communication and emotional IQ skills, a place to heal old relational wounds, a place to figure out how you want to navigate a difficult situation, a place to figure out who you are and who you want to be.
My practice is focused on individual adults and parents. I treat anxiety disorders and phobias, mood disorders, provide Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) coaching, and am also a certified meditation teacher. Professional interests include environmental and cultural influences on health and wellbeing. I welcome diversity in my practice including but not limited to body sizes, abilities, races, sexualities, genders, religions, and health statuses.
I hold a Master of Science degree in Social Work from UT Austin, where I also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Cultural Anthropology. I am licensed to practice clinical social work in both Texas and Oregon. I enjoy time with my family and friends, listening to and playing music, being in nature, eating Mexican food, & hanging out with my dog, Apple.
