No Surprises Act
As of January 1st, 2022, the "No Surprises Act" went into effect, mandating that health care practitioners provide "Good Faith Estimates" of the cost of out-of-network care. My fees are listed on this page, and on my practice policies. Click here for more information about the new law.
Filing a complaint
Here is a link to instructions on how to file a complaint with the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council. This is for formal complaints related to clinical behavioral health services. It is important to realize that by signing the complaint form, you are waiving confidentiality as it is necessary for the Enforcement Division to review your complaint.
